BBC Three is set to launch a new reality TV series called “Go Hard or Go Home” which follows a group of Olympians and fitness icons as they train regular people to take on tough challenges. The show will feature a group of experts called “The Warriors”, comprising of fierce fighters, solid sportspeople, and inspiring athletes who will help transform the lives of eight contestants, known as “The Trainees”. These trainees are individuals who are currently stuck in a rut due to various reasons, such as long-term illnesses or personal trauma.
Throughout the series, The Warriors will motivate and guide The Trainees through a set of rigorous physical challenges, helping them to transform both their bodies and minds. The main aim is to help them conquer self-doubt, eliminate excuses and overcome their personal demons through an extreme boot camp. The cast includes well-known personalities such as Ashley Cain from “The Challenge” and Heather Fisher, a medallist from the Commonwealth Games.
Here we share about Go Hard or Go Home cast:-
As a teenager, Adil Jahangir enjoyed sports and fitness. However, his struggles with insomnia, anxiety, and depression led him to withdraw from the activities he once enjoyed.
At 24 years old, Adil is participating in Go Hard Or Go Home because he feels his mental health struggles have been preventing him from living his best life. He wants to improve his physical stamina, which has proven to be an issue when he’s tried to start exercising regularly.
Adil thinks being pushed by a Warrior could be the fresh start he’s been searching for.

Since losing her job as an assistant manager of a footwear store two years ago, Carys has had her confidence knocked. She is hoping the show will give her a new lease of life.
Demitri Rodriguez realised that he was a trans man at the age of 16. Now 23 and a resident of Stratford-upon-Avon, Demitri wants to use the Go Hard or Go Home process to allow him to develop a body that will make him feel more masculine – and to find self-acceptance.
To gain the body he wants, Demitri will have to give up some of his unhealthy habits, which include smoking a packet of tobacco a week and eating mainly junk food. Luckily, the Warriors are on hand to help Demitri get from unhealthy to hench.
Dylan Spaull was a happy and healthy teenager in Northampton until he was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Now 23 and in remission for two years, Dylan has never felt quite himself since his cancer diagnosis.
Living in perpetual fear that his cancer would return has stopped Dylan from living his life. On Go Hard or Go Home, he wants to prove to himself that his body can take everything the show can throw at him.

Faith has always been a party girl who loves a classic Geordie sesh. But her relationship with alcohol has become more problematic. She has been drinking to help her overcome her anxiety, which has left her too anxious to exercise in public. On the show, she wants to find more constructive ways to deal with her mental health.
Hope Ndlovu is a 20-year-old from Manchester who has held 16 different jobs, with the longest one lasting only three months. Hope considers herself a quitter and is hoping that Go Hard or Go Home will help her gain the stamina to stick with something longer.
