Is DeMarco Morgan Married?
DeMarco Morgan is currently not married and it appears that he is single. In late February 2024, while covering Melissa Dawn and Julio Lopez’s wedding on the GMA3 show, presenter Rocsi Diaz asked Morgan if he would be the one to catch the bouquet.

Is DeMarco Morgan Gay?
DeMarco Morgan is openly gay and has discussed his sexual orientation in his book, “I Can’t Date Jesus: Love, Sex, Family, Race, and Other Reasons I Put My Faith in Beyoncé,” which was published in 2018.
He revealed that he had previously felt ashamed of being gay, but began to shed that shame once he realized it was important to be true to oneself. Although he is not currently married, he affectionately refers to his co-anchors as his “wives” and has a strong bond with his colleagues, spending a lot of time with them.
Who is DeMarco Morgan?
DeMarco Morgan is a broadcast journalist who currently works as an anchor at ABC News. He graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1997 and did an internship at KOTV while he was there.
In 2001, Morgan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Jackson State University in Mississippi. He later pursued his Master’s degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, graduating in 2002.
While studying at Columbia, Morgan played an active role in establishing the student chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) and also completed internships at CBS Evening News and 48 Hours. During his time at Columbia, he was honored with the titles of Fred Friendly Scholar, Dupont Scholar, and CBS Scholar.
