Greta Tintin Eleonora Ernman Thunberg is a Swedish environmental activist known for pressuring world leaders to take immediate action to mitigate climate change. Greta Tintin Eleonora Ernman Thunberg was born in Stockholm, Sweden on January 3, 2003, to opera singer Malena Ernman and actor Svante Thunberg. Olof Thunberg, an actor and director, was her paternal grandfather. Beata is her younger sister.
Thunberg claims that she first learned about climate change when she was eight years old, and she couldn’t understand why so little was being done about it. She became depressed as a result of the situation, and at the age of 11, she stopped talking and eating much, losing ten kilograms (22 pounds) in two months. She was eventually diagnosed with Asperger syndrome, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and selective mutism.
Greta Thunberg and other climate activists were arrested in Germany while protesting the demolition of a village to make way for a coal mine. A few weeks ago, the 20-year-old made headlines for inadvertently causing the arrest of “alpha-male” influencer Andrew Tate. Since the youngster has gained widespread attention in the media in recent weeks, netizens have become curious as to why people all over the world are interested in him.
Thunberg was protesting at a coal mine in Garzweiler, which is 5.6 miles from Luetzerath. The village was being demolished to make way for the growing coal mine. Thunberg and other activists rallied to argue that Germany should stop mining brown coal and lignite and instead focus on expanding renewable energy.
Protesters were warned that if they did not cooperate, they would be forcibly removed from the area. Protests, however, continued. Thunberg was physically carried away by police while being held by the arm.
In response to claims that Greta Thunberg is related to the Rothschild family, Twitter user @anja weimer clarified that Lionel Rothschild, Thunberg’s supposed great-great grandfather, never had a son named Joachim Thunberg, who would go on to become Thunberg’s great-grandfather. According to reports, Joachim only had one daughter. The Twitter user also claimed that Greta Thunberg’s paternal great-grandfather was Fritz Thunberg, implying that she has no ties to the Rothschild family.
While Thunberg is released from detention, her online adversary Andrew Tate remains in Romanian custody after being charged with r*pe and human trafficking.
Since Thunberg’s global popularity, internet users have been plotting to find out if she is related to the wealthy banking family. Many people believe Thunberg rose to prominence solely through nepotism. According to Twitter user @EmoryTatee, who appears to be a fan of disgraced influencer Andrew Tate, Thunberg is a global influencer solely because she is related to the Rothschild family and because of the “Matrix.” Greta Thunberg is related to the Rothschild family, according to Twitter user Dr Rohen Kapur. She is the great-great-granddaughter of Baron Rothschild, the first and great-granddaughter of Joachim Rothschild-Thunberg, according to him.
Greta Thunberg’s father appeared in her documentary as a loving companion throughout her years of campaigning, but her mother Malena did not. The fact that Malena represented Sweden in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest is never mentioned, perhaps because the directors were ‘clearly nervous of potential mockery and sneering,’ according to The Guardian’s film critic Peter Bradshaw.
Some critics have assumed that a teenage girl could not possibly have accomplished all of this on her own. It has even been suggested that her meteoric rise was the result of her parents’ meticulous planning. They were used to ‘performing,’ after all, Svante as an actor and Malena as an opera singer.
