Who Is Raghav Juyal?

Raghav Juyal, an Indian dancer, choreographer, actor, and television host, was born on 10 July 1991 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, to his parents, Deepak Juyal and Alka Bakshi Juyal. He grew up with his brother, Yashasvi Juyal, a film director. Raghav did his schooling at doon International School, and later, he graduated with Bachelor in Commerce at DAV (PG) College. Raghav, from his childhood, has been watching dance performances on the internet and television than joining a dance academy. His career began when his audition video get viral on YouTube while he was a contestant on ‘Dance India Dance 3’ television show in 2012 which aired on Zee TV. Though he is not a professionally trained dancer, his style of dancing made him become the second runner-up of the DID 3. Later, Raghav became a skipper for his students, Saumya Rai and Rohan Parkdale, in DID Li’l Masters season 2, where he made them reach the second and third runner position in the dance competition.

Then he became a choreographer for Zee TV’s show Dance Ke Superkids as the captain, competing with Dharmesh Yelande for DID Li’l Masters Season 2 vs. season 1, in which the Raghav team won the title. Then in 2014, Raghav made his Bollywood debut with a comedy film called Sonali Cable. Soon, he acted in ABCD 2, Nawabzaade, Street Dancer 3D, and Bahut Hua Samman. Currently, he is working on a few films such as Wedlock, Hasal, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, and Yudhra. Raghav has also been in Television reality shows, mainly for dance competition shows such as Captian, Contestant, and Host. Lastly, he was seen in Bigg Boss season 14, Dance Deewane 3, Super Dancer 4, and Dance Plus 6 as a Host and guest appearance. Raghav also made a debut in 2020’s web series, Abhay 2, and also appeared in a music video, Hum Tum.
