Ventura County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the accident happened at approximately 1:30 a.m., and when they arrived at the scene, the car was already in flames. Sadly, both occupants of the vehicle were pronounced dead by the Ventura County Fire Department. The impact of the collision was so severe that the car was cut in half.
