Hogwarts Legacy is an action role-playing game released in 2024 by Warner Bros. Games, Portkey Games, and Avalanche Software. The game is set in the Wizarding World universe in the late 1800s, a century before the events of the Harry Potter books. The player assumes control of a Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry student who, with the help of other students and professors, knows how to use various magical abilities and objects and is concerned about the discovery of an old wizarding world secret. It was released on February 10, 2024, for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S, after some delays. It will then be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in 2024.

In Hogwarts Legacy, you can rescue various magical creatures and sell them at the Brood and Peck shop in Hogsmeade Village. In the game, you can only sell beasts at the Brood and Peck in Hogsmeade. The shop is located on the village map to the north. This is the only shop where you can sell magical beasts; fortunately, it becomes available fairly early in the game. The shop also sells items like Fwooper Feather and Graporn Horn, but they’ll probably cost a lot more than you can earn by selling one beast. The beasts will simply roam a specific area of theirs that you must locate, such as the Hogwarts Valley and the South Sea Bog. Appropriately, many beasts await you in the Forbidden Forest, so that’s a good place to start if you’re looking for them.

To sell your beasts, go to the shop and interact with Ellie Peck. Remember that each Vivarium can hold up to four different species, so keep that in mind before gathering all of the beasts. If you haven’t unlocked all four Vivariums, it’s best to sell the extra species’ beasts. Some of the magical creatures, such as Phoenix and Graphorn, are one-of-a-kind and require special quests to be completed to be rescued. Remember that you can rescue beasts after completing The Elf, the Nab-Sack, and the Loom quest in Hogwarts Legacy.

How To Sell Beasts In Hogwarts Legacy?

While selling magical beasts is not required while playing the game, it can be useful when you’re in a pinch, particularly if you need a few galleons. Selling beasts is one of the simplest and best ways to make quick money in the game, but there are some restrictions. You must first capture beasts before you can sell or trade them. You can do this by learning the Nab-Sack spell early in the game, during the ‘The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and The Loom’ quest. You only need to find magical beasts after learning how to capture or tame them before you can sell them. Several types and breeds of magical beasts can be found throughout the game’s map.  If you end up with too many beasts in your Vivariums or nab-sack, you can always go to the Brood & Peck, a beast shop in Hogsmeade. If you want to make a quick buck, start selling your creatures for at least a few hundred Galleons. Unfortunately, shiny beasts do not command a higher price than regular beasts. The shop also sells animal parts and other animal-derived products that you can use to upgrade your gear, such as unicorn hair or kneazle fur. Even though several beasts are available in the game, each with a different rarity and tier, they all sell for the same price at the Brood and Peck: 120 galleons.
